ReplyDeletei eat all of these except i can't drink wine ( but am sure whatever nutrients i can't get from wine, i could get and more from varied sources of foods). wine gives me migraine, and it is not worth it for me to suffer from debilitating pain even with a sip of wine. these are our kind of foods, glad to know they are more brain foods because I do need that now that my brains are getting older.
